By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the policies referenced here, including our Shipping & Delivery, Refund & Returns and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Payment card data is encrypted during transfer. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the Site or our designs without our written permission.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep product information, measurements, photos and colors accurate, but screen displays vary and content may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
4. Prices and changes
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or part of the Site at any time.
5. Products and custom orders
We are the manufacturer of the products sold on this Site. Custom-size and made-to-order products are produced from the measurements, design and color you approve; you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you provide. Production begins only after you approve the final drawing. Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns policy.
6. Orders, billing and account information
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.
7. Installation and use
Gates, railings and panels must be installed according to local building codes and our installation guidance. We recommend installation by two adults or a qualified contractor. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, modification or use.
8. Third-party tools and links
The Site may include third-party tools or links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Comments and submissions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
