Shipping & Delivery

IGO Metal Craft is a direct manufacturer. Every metal garden gate, side gate, railing panel and brass part is made to order in our own workshop and shipped directly to you — no middleman, no warehouse reseller.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States, Canada, all European countries and the UAE.

Production time

  • Standard and custom-size gates, railing panels and screens: 10–14 business days after your order or design approval.
  • Large or complex custom projects: up to 3 weeks. We will confirm the timeline before production starts.

Delivery time

After production, orders are shipped by insured express service and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Carriers: FedEx, UPS or DHL, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping cost

  • Free shipping on all orders over $260 USD.
  • For orders under $260, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Packaging & insurance

Gates and large metalwork ship in reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty export boxes with edge protection. Every shipment is fully insured against transit damage or loss.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to update after pickup.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours so we can repair, replace or refund under our Refund & Returns policy.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. IGO Metal Craft is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Customs & duties (international orders)

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
