At IGO Metal Craft we manufacture every gate, railing panel and brass part ourselves, so we stand behind our work. Please read this policy before you order.
Standard (non-custom) items — 30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or not as described. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Custom-size and made-to-order items
Custom gates, railing panels, screens and any item made to your measurements, design or color are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, except for a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please confirm your measurements before approving your design — our Gate Measurement Guide can help.
Damaged or defective items
All shipments are insured. Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send clear photos of the packaging and the product to info@igotechmetal.com within 48 hours of delivery. Depending on the case, we will repair, replace, or issue a partial or full refund.
How to start a return
Email info@igotechmetal.com with your order number and photos. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may need a few business days to post it.
