Shipping policy
IGO Metal Craft is a direct manufacturer — every metal garden gate, side gate, railing panel and brass part is made to order in our own workshop and shipped directly to you.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, all European countries and the UAE.
Production time
10–14 business days after your order or design approval. Large or complex custom projects can take up to 3 weeks; we confirm the timeline before production starts.
Delivery time
Orders ship by insured express service (FedEx, UPS or DHL) and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders over $260 USD. For orders under $260, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Packaging, insurance and tracking
Gates and large metalwork ship in reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty export boxes. Every shipment is fully insured, and you will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please report any shipping damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Customs (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.
